Content of the Online Material
The author accepts no responsibility for the up-to-date nature, accuracy, completeness or quality of the information provided. Claims of liability against the author resulting from damage, whether of a material or abstract kind, caused by the use or non-use of the information presented or by the use of faulty or incomplete information are in principle excluded where no evidence exists of any intention or gross negligence on the part of the author.
All offers are non-binding and subject to confirmation. The author expressly reserves the right temporarily or permanently to alter, amend or delete parts of pages or the complete offer without prior notification or to suspend its publication temporarily or indefinitely.
Referrals and Links
In the case of direct or indirect referrals to other websites which lie outside the author’s area of responsibility, claims for liability will only apply in cases where the author was aware of the contents and where it was reasonable and technically possible for him to prevent the use of the site in the event of illegal content. The author hereby expressly states that at the time that links were established, no illegal content was recognisable on the sites to be linked. The author has no influence on the current or future configuration, contents or the originators of the linked/connected sites. For this reason he expressly distances himself from all contents on the linked/connected sites which have been altered since the link was established.
This observation applies to all links and referrals within the company’s internet material as well as for third party entries in guest books, discussion forums, lists of links, mailing lists and other forms of data bases to whose contents it is possible for an outsider to add information. Liability for illegal, faulty or incomplete content and in particular for damage resulting from the use or non-use of information featured in this way is solely that of the provider of the website to which the link is provided and not of the party who merely refers in links to the publication in question.
Copyright and Trade Marks
In all publications, the author has made every effort to observe the copyright of photographs, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts, to use photographs, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself or to resort to photographs, graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts which are free of restrictions. All trade marks and brand names referred to in the internet material and, if applicable, those owned by third parties are unreservedly subject to the conditions of the copyright in force and the right of ownership of the owner whose details are shown. Merely mentioning a trademark is not sufficient grounds to assume that it is not protected by the rights of a third party. The copyright for material published which was created by the author himself remains solely that of the author of the site. Reproduction or use of such graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts in other electronic or printed publications is not allowed without the express approval of the author.
Where the internet material allows the insertion of personal or business information (Email addresses, names, addresses) the supply of this information by the user is expressly on a voluntary basis. The use of and payment for all services offered is – as far as technically possible and reasonable – permitted without the submission of such data or by submitting data made anonymous or under a pseudonym. The use by a third party of the published contact details such as postal addresses, telephone and fax numbers shown in the imprint or similar data to send information which has not been specifically requested is not allowed. We emphasise that we fully reserve the right to take legal action against the senders of spam mail in the event of breaches of this prohibition.
